Karl Carswell is a hitting consultant, former Major League Baseball scout and founder of Damage Hitter in Overland Park, Kansas. He has spent more than three decades evaluating and developing baseball players, with scouting experience across eight MLB organizations, USA Baseball and the Area Code Games. He is developing the DO DAMAGE PERFORMANCE LAB.

Together, they sit down with collegiate coaches, scouts, and baseball insiders to break down everything from youth development and the showcase circuit to high school recruiting, the transfer portal, and the college game. Built for players, parents, coaches, and passionate fans, The Kansas City Baseball Show dives into what it really takes to develop talent, navigate modern recruiting, and play winning baseball.
